Nivea gives birth and Lil Wayne celebrates with Reginae and first son.

According to Freddyo.com singer Nivea has finally given birth to Lil Wayne's 4th child and third son Neal Carter.

Young Money President Mack Maine took to his Twitter account to express his joy. The rapper tweets, quote, “Baby Neal was born healthy to Nivea Nash and Dwayne Carter!!!! Thanx 4 all the blessings n support!!!!”

Also Lil Wayne and ex Wife Toya threw a star studded pajamas party for daughter Reginae right here in the A. It was also the debut of Wayne's first son and other celebs included Monica, Tiny, T-pain, and a few local artists.
